He was responsive when I reached out for a drop-in, attentive during the WOD, offered helpful critiques, and I finally learned the split jerk thanks to him! Great for all levels of CrossFitters, Mike was flexible and could either push you or meet you where you’re at depending on your experience and goals.

There is a great sense of community, the coaches are awesome, it’s very clean, and classes are challenging but often fun. Its not at all intimidating. There is very much a health focus and a focus on using the right technique and preventing injuries. They come up with fun things to do outside the gym and also have some great seminars on movements and how to keep your body healthy. Definitely a gem in Raleigh!

The gym is really clean, the members were very welcoming, and Mike coached me as if I was one of the gym's regulars. It was a really good experience as a visitor, and made me feel right at home.
