★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The experience I had today at the Vinyasa flow class taught by Valerie was one I will never forget. Not only did I absolutely love the atmosphere of the facility, but the class itself left me rejuvenated for the entire day. Valerie went above and beyond to make me feel supported, and like I was getting the most out of the class, as I had never done Vinyasa flow before.

May 06 · Charles BroomfieldI visit different studios when I travel and have been to Now twice so far in N Portland. Today I had one of the best classes of my life with Majo. I want to do a special shout out for her because it is not easy to find great instructors that are passionate guides, creative, skilled and able to lead a class with power and confidence. Majo brings it all. Her flow is flawless and her queueing is on point.Kudos to Now for having such a wonderful teacher in the staff. I will be back to her class next time I come to town.Thank you.
May 05 · Ana ChaudThe intentionality of this space is unmatched. I’ve been a part of numerous studios around town and am so glad I found one that aligns with my community values. The teachers provide supportive and culturally appropriate guidance that honors the land and people where this practice originates. The studio provides scholarships and discounted rates for underserved communities and allocates safe spaces for diverse identities to practice in a safe, welcoming environment. It is more than a yoga studio, it is an opportunity to build community; the unique workshops and bonus social offerings demonstrate just that. Come build with us.
December 04 · Amber KWhat a beautiful and serene space to practice in! The overhead lantern lights provide a soft light, the floor is clean. It's a distraction free space that really allows for focus on the practice.
