What used to feel like a chore has now become one of the highlights of my routine and something I look forward to.They offer a ton of classes that provide a great variety of work outs. I’ve tried almost all of them at this point at least once, all the instructors are wonderful and the classes are structured for all levels, allowing you to show up where you’re at while still challenging you to push yourself to improve.The community here is very friendly and supportive, all the staff and fellow members included. Everyone is very welcoming and encouraging. It’s been a great accountability tool for me.I’ve also done some personal training with Helen which I highly recommend! She is a great instructor and trainer and does a wonderful job of meeting you where you are while still pushing you to improve with every workout. Training with her gave me a great foundation for strength training, something I had always been interested in but often felt overwhelmed by. She gave me the tools to build a solid lifting routine and the confidence to utilize all areas of the gym, not just the cardio machines. Since training with her I’ve seen considerable improvements to my strength and overall fitness.This is not your corporate gym, they truly care and want the best for their members. If you are looking for a place that makes fitness fun, this is it!

Helen’s classes are amazing! She’s patient, kind, and takes the time to make sure you’re doing each movement with the right form, which helped me feel confident and safe.Since staying consistent, I’ve noticed real changes in my body and how I feel — I’m stronger, more energized, and proud of the progress I’ve made. All the instructors are wonderful, and every class is full of motivation, fun, and positive energy.The gym is always clean, well-organized, and has everything I need for a great workout. More than just a place to exercise, it truly feels like a community of women cheering each other on. I’m so grateful for this space and the amazing people in it!

This all-women’s gym is supportive, motivating, and 100% judgment-free. You walk in and immediately feel safe, seen, and encouraged to push yourself.The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and always happy to help—but I have to give a huge shoutout to Helen, the owner, instructor, and my personal trainer. She runs the place (and her sessions) like the Navy—disciplined, structured, and no BS—and it works. I came in wanting to get thinner, but Helen helped shift my mindset. Now, I’m proud not just of the weight I’ve lost, but of how strong and capable I’ve become.In 6 months:• Weight loss: ~50 lbs• Push-ups (off knees): 9 → 24• Wall sit: 25 sec → 115 sec• Plank: 10 sec → 115 sec• Sit-ups (1 min): 23 → 30If you’re looking for real results, a motivating environment, and leadership that genuinely cares about your growth, this is the gym to be at. I’m stronger—physically and mentally—than I’ve ever been. Forever grateful.

Not only is all of the staff super friendly and welcoming, but the atmosphere in general is one of community. The other women at the gym have been super welcoming to me and it has made it easy for me to be welcoming to anyone new that I encounter.Classes are included in the membership which is such a great value add for me! There are multiple classes every day except Sunday and the variety of class types is awesome.Every instructor I have encountered is spectacular! They are high energy, and very encouraging. They also always show you ways to modify moves if you need to, which I find extremely helpful and supportive.Also included with your membership is a one-on-one introduction to the gym where they will go through every machine with you to help you understand how to properly use it. I haven’t taken advantage of this yet, but I have my time scheduled and will try to update with more info once I have completed that.Overall, I can’t say enough good things about My Time Women’s Fitness. I joined after not exercising for years and everything about this gym gives me motivation to continue on my fitness journey!
