They take the time to evaluate your abilities (and weaknesses) and work out a routine based on that. Each week adds a little more of a push. (Thanks Brian) They have a nutrition individual who takes the time to explain not only what is the best for you food-wise but also WHY!! It isn't just "because I said so". (Thanks Nate) Then there is the membership contact. You don't get a full court press. They listen to what you are wanting to do and explain the parts of the gym that will help you reach your goals. (Thanks Andy) All in all, this is the best gym I have ever been too. They are small but that gives them the chance to know you and help you reach your goals!!!
January 25 · Tracy HBeen going for over 2 months now. Place feels like a second home. Trainers and staff are incredibly friendly and great. Workouts are challenging but definitely doable. Everyone is so nice and it never seems too busy. Highly recommend and love coming here.

I definitely recommend. Thank you to you guys for helping me the way that you have. The pain in my neck and shoulders is much less than when I started there. I'm grateful for the custom workouts that Alex had for me. I picked up some better eating habits and information from Rob. Thank you to Nate and Allison for the support during a tough time.
