When I had injuries I felt safe coming to class, as a student I felt I was getting the best knowledge and high education from Gail. She is Always on top of everything making sure all teaching staff is prepared and professionalGail’s training is through a lineage, so I learned a great deal from her.Mind Your Body always feels like home!Best studio on the upper east side!!

Nice small intimate sizes. Great package offerings. Very happy with this studio! Having just moved to the city, it is a nice oasis from the chaos of the streets and helps keep me strong to haul my bicycle up and down stairs.
