I’m grateful for many aspects of Midtown. I love that I can bring friends the first time for free! I love the amount of classes available. I love the variety of classes and yoga guides available. Avery is new, but the slow speed in which she delivers her guidance is my favorite. The flow Julia puts together are unique, fun, and challenging. Kelly’s my unwind is magical and she might have super human intuitive about the humans practicing with her and their needs at that moment. I can’t say enough good things about the team that runs midtown. Thanks guy and gals!
