★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1A hidden gem in the neighborhood!I took a Yoga Restore class here with Elijah and it was amazing! I love how clean and modern the facility is. The class with Elijah was a perfect way to unwind on a Sunday evening.I am looking forward to taking more classes here. They are affordable and well worth the price too.
April 28 · Lauren RolandElijah is simply the best. Awesome vibe, pace, attention, and music choice with great balance of cardio, core, and strength. I fell in love immediately with my first class and then drag my partner to come along (who fell in love with Elijah’s class as well and we ended up coming in together weekly now lol). Our new favorite weekly routine together ❤️❤️❤️ Great studio space as well, wide open with big windows. So happy we found Elijah!
April 21 · Puppy TsaiI love Madelyn’s Pilates Mat class in the morning! I’ve been attending once a week or more as a semi-regular for a while now. It’s a great studio that offers great classes. The AM Pilates class has been so great for me because 1. You get a gentle on the joints but challenging workout! 2. You feel so “awake” after class since there is so much natural light coming into the studio. Highly recommend attending one of their classes!Available through Classpass, $2 mat rentals (if you don’t bring your own) and they sell water bottles and granola bars too.
March 23 · Bryanna FelipeThe space is completely gorgeous. 30 foot ceilings, modern but warm. Full of light. Instruction is at a high-level and still accessible across a range of skill levels. I saw people doing yoga at a very introductory level as well as people who likely had spent many years doing yoga. And the yoga flow class worked for them all. I’ll come again when in town. What a treat.
August 30 · Noel BrewerThis is a new fitness spot that cannot be missed. The space is fantastic, lots of light and great energy. Take a class with Leah she is amazing ! Can’t wait to go back!
