July 23 · Jaynittza Nieves⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Meltdown Yoga — A Vortex of Love, Energy, and TransformationI’ve had the privilege of practicing yoga all over the world — from India, Thailand, and the Dominican Republic to NYC, the Hudson Valley, and beyond. Yoga has become my go-to balancer, my momentum creator, and my source of good energy. When you walk into a yoga studio, you’re stepping into a potential vortex of love and passion that flows from the owners and teachers into the entire community. Meltdown Yoga is exactly that — a vortex of pure heart, energy, and dedication. It begins with Dana Campo. I first walked in at the beginning of summer, and from the moment I met her, I felt her warmth, love, and abundant energy. I took her class that day and wasn’t disappointed — in fact, after that first session, I went back seven days in a row.I’ll admit I had a little rust in my bones — but after three days here, that rust was gone. The heat, the flow, the motivation… I was burning fat, moving freely, and feeling unstoppable. Dana inspires because she is authentic and fully committed. If you’re new to yoga, this studio is the perfect starting point. The vibe is warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental. The students are positive, supportive, and focused on their own journeys. My advice: The first month intro deal is great value and can create awesome momentum, the key is to just show up. Even if you need to rest during the class, you’ll still be in the vibe and energy, and that energy will carry you forward.Meltdown Yoga isn’t just a place to stretch — it’s a place to grow, heal, and ignite your best self.
August 11 · john PhilipI was referred to the studio by a friend, and from the moment I stepped in, I could feel my spirit guides surrounding me. Both Dana ans Bill have been warm and welcoming and my delight was meeting Chip who reminds me of my Lola. The energy and vibrational pull were undeniable, guiding me deeper into my commitment to my yogic path. Every instructor carries a rooted, grounding energy, a healing peace that my soul has been craving. Each class feels like a sacred return to self.Meltdown, in particular, allowed me to release what no longer serves me. The intensity of the heat was transformative, it felt like a rebirth through fire. I’m so grateful for this space and all the ways it continues to nourish my journey.
June 23 · Urania CastanedaMeltdown is such a vibe. The studio welcomes you with a warm room and big couch creating a chill space for catching up before or after class. The entry into practice is dramatic with black curtains leading to a wonderfully lit glass roll up wall and brick. The class gets hot! This has been a problem at past studios but not here! The teachers are welcoming and kind, and really work you out! Attention to to breath, work and posture is a huge focus. This studio offers hot classes and cool classes which is great. There is also a mix of Pilates and yoga.Overall, I’m happy to come across this studio and am excited to start my journey with meltdown!
March 22 · Gabrielle LawrenceWhere do I begin with my praise of Meltdown Yoga? As a Black woman in a larger body I am always skittish of these spaces, but from day one, I have felt welcomed and accepted here. The instructors are warm and friendly and the atmosphere is so inviting. Add to that there is a lot of patience and support for newbies like me. I have never felt out of place or out of my element. We have a true gem here in Newburgh. I had only intended to try out a few classes out of curiosity but I am addicted! I look forward to that 45-60 minutes of pushing my body past its limits into total relaxed bliss!
