I started with knee issues and they gave modification but also helped me strengthen my body so well that I am able to run again. It’s not just a gym, it’s family where you high five for any personal success. The part that I love the most is this gym is full of ordinary people doing extraordinary things for their health’s sake. My coach understands where I am at and where i want to get to. Being middle aged has its challenges and they are very knowledgeable about different stages of life.
