And that’s all thanks to the coaches, the manic community, and fun you have during each workout.The workouts are what I would consider a butt kicking that you hate in the moment but love how you feel after. The coaches know how to push you in ways that show you all you are capable of.Each workout is different which helps to keep things exciting and engaging.I couldn’t recommend this gym enough and wish I could take it with me when I move.

The group workout makes you not want to quit, and they have fun at the same time.
