Services Offered
Madison Park Pilates specializes in providing personalized and effective Pilates instruction. The studio offers a range of lesson types to accommodate different preferences and budgets, all of which are designed to teach the classical method with precision and care.
- Private Lessons: These one-on-one sessions are the cornerstone of the studio's offerings. A private lesson provides undivided attention from an expert instructor who can tailor the workout to your specific needs, goals, and physical condition. This format is ideal for beginners looking to learn the fundamentals, individuals recovering from injuries, or advanced practitioners seeking to deepen their practice.
- Duet Lessons: Perfect for two people, duet lessons allow you to share a session with a friend, partner, or family member. This option provides a more personalized experience than a group class while also offering a more social and shared fitness journey. The instructor can still provide close supervision and customized corrections, making it an excellent middle ground.
- Semi-Private Mat Classes: These smaller group classes focus on the foundational principles of Pilates using a mat. Semi-private settings ensure that each participant receives individual attention and feedback, which is crucial for mastering the exercises. These classes are a great way to experience the benefits of Pilates in a communal setting while still getting the expert guidance needed to progress safely and effectively.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Jenna is my sister and she is a fabulous classical Pilates teacher! I started taking lessons with her when she was training to become a certified Romanas Pilates instructor at Metroplitan Pilates in Seattle. It has been an amazing journey to see with my own eyes how she has grown as a professional and is now a business owner who is establishing her very own Madison Park Pilates studio. What I love about Jenna's teaching techniques is that she makes me feel that I can do all of the movements and muscle strengthening exercises. She is gentle and patient with her corrections when my brain and body don't quite connect to get it just right. I am always inspired to focus attention on self-care and maintaining my aging body after a session with her.If you have never taken a lesson with Jenna, I encourage everyone to schedule one or more with her. You will be encouraged to continue practicing a healthy living lifestyle.
December 12 · Kay M FergusonJenna is one of Seattle’s elite and seasoned instructors of the Classical Pilates method. I found her many years after I had moved on from a professional ballet career and it was like she woke up my body again. Muscles that were dormant for so long were functioning again. I felt my powerhouse working with every step I took. She has one of the most important qualities of a good Pilates instructor which is attention to detail. I’m still amazed at how such a small correction or movement can have such a big impact on the workout. You can’t cheat! She always works me hard, but we have a lot of laughs and a fun time doing it.I highly recommend Jenna! Whether you’re a Pilates connoisseur or beginner, she will adjust the session to your individual needs. If you’ve never done Pilates before, I suggest starting here- learn the fundamentals of ‘core’ strength, precision, and control, from an instructor that knows how to teach it, the way it was intended.
December 28 · Cynthia CallisonJenna is a remarkable classical Pilates instructor with a sense of humor. Her expertise in the industry is what my body of 60yrs needs. She recognizes and corrects my form and modifies when my muscles feel fatigued. After a session with Jenna, I feel great, look great and sleep great. Great location with plenty of parking. Madison Park Pilates to put it simply, is just great!
December 06 · Marisa Spooner-LeDuffJenna was my first Pilates instructor and I've continued to work with Jenna for more years than I can count. She consistently pushes me to be my best by refining my form and pushing me to improve in areas where she knows that I need work. One of Jenna's skills as an instructor that I particularly appreciate is her ability to explain what I should be getting out of each exercise - and if I'm not getting it, she revises her explanations until I do get it.
December 07 · Lisa SlivkaJenna is amazing and truly the best instructor I've ever worked with over the last 17 years of doing pilates (to get my core strong again after four kids). I now do my routine at home on my own reformer but I always hear Jenna's coaching and her voice in my head every time! She is a true athlete and dancer who understands the human body and laughs when I tell her: help me look hot :-)
