This wasn’t my first go at group fitness, and while I love the structured classes and accountability, I never felt completely at ease at former gyms.Immediately I was impressed by the amount of time dedicated to actually warming up for the class. Seth’s priority of taking the time to make sure everyone’s form is perfect to prevent injuries over only cheering on the people who have it down is amazing. He’s worked with me between sets and even after class to help me retrain my muscle memory for specific movements where I’m struggling.There’s also zero shame in modifications during classes. Form and safety are always the priority. I honestly cannot recommend MADabolic Stamford enough.
