Services Offered
Love for Pilates specializes in reformer-based group classes and private sessions, all focused on contemporary, total body conditioning. The classes are expertly designed to utilize the resistance of the reformer springs combined with body weight to tone muscles, elongate the body, and improve core strength and flexibility.
The comprehensive range of class types includes:
- Reformer Level 1: Designed for all clients, from beginners learning the machine to veterans focusing on fundamental techniques. Provides clear instruction and seriously challenging beginner-to-intermediate movements.
- Reformer Level 2: An advanced class for devotees, featuring harder pushes, longer holds, increased resistance, and more complex movement sequences. Incorporates various props to shock the body and accelerate results.
- Reformer Booty Blast: A full-body class with a specific emphasis on the glutes. Every exercise is utilized to sculpt and strengthen the glute maximus, medius, and minimus for comprehensive backside conditioning.
- Reformer Core Burn: A full-body class where the main focus is on the core. Targets all sections of the abdominal muscles (rectus, transverse, obliques) along with the back and pelvic floor for complete core strength.
- Reformer Power Hour: A dynamic, high-energy class that packs the most powerful Pilates moves together with less breaks, more reps, and longer holds for the ultimate 50-minute power challenge. Prior Pilates experience is recommended.
- Reformer Stretch & Sculpt: Focuses on the lengthening benefits of Pilates, incorporating deep stretch elements that utilize the reformer. It simultaneously strengthens the core while promoting a more elongated, balanced physique.
- Reformer Cardio Jump Board: An exhilarating aerobic workout that uses the reformer's attached Jump Board. It provides a high-energy, head-to-toe sculpting session that increases the heart rate without harsh impact on the joints.
- In-Studio Private Sessions: Custom-tailored, one-on-one sessions utilizing all studio equipment (reformer, Cadillac, chair, and tower) to address specific needs, injuries, or to deepen a personal practice.

What is Worth Choosing
For local users in the California region, Love for Pilates - West Hollywood is an outstanding choice for several compelling reasons that extend beyond a standard reformer workout.
Firstly, the studio successfully balances affordability with high quality. While Los Angeles fitness can often be expensive, customers frequently note that the prices here are “extremely reasonable,” with flexible options like class packages, monthly passes (starting at 4 classes up to unlimited daily use), and long-term memberships (like Silver and Gold commitments) making high-caliber Pilates accessible. The value proposition is particularly strong for new clients, who can try their first class for a nominal fee of $20 or opt for a 5-class trial package for $95.
Secondly, the caliber of the instruction is consistently exceptional. Instructors are not only informed and dynamic but genuinely dedicated to client care, adjusting to individual needs (like offering modifications for injuries) and constantly varying the class routines to prevent plateaus and boredom. This ensures you always leave feeling "aligned and elongated."
Finally, the culture is truly unique. This is a place where you are encouraged to “listen to your bodies” while still being seriously challenged. The long-standing, positive client testimonials highlight the studio's success in creating a wonderful, non-corporate, and supportive atmosphere—a place that feels like a true community hub in West Hollywood. For a safe, effective, challenging, and community-driven Pilates experience on the reformer, Love for Pilates on Beverly Blvd is clearly worth choosing.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It was my first time at a Pilates studio in Los Angeles, and I absolutely loved it here. All the instructors were great, but Tia truly went above and beyond—with dynamic workout plans, detailed and energetic cueing, and genuine care for everyone in class. I think it would be even better with a water station.I’m moving out of LA for a while, so I won’t be able to continue for now, but it’s been a wonderful experience. I’d love to come back anytime I’m back in WeHo!
August 03 · HEEYEUN KANGThis review is 8 years late (sorry Tia!) I have been coming to this studio for 8 years now. What I love about this studio is how welcoming and inclusive it is. No matter the shape, color, size, age, gender, orientation, Love For Pilates is for everyone! The instructors are wonderful, friendly, and informative. They provide modifications and encourage everyone to listen to their bodies. The prices are reasonable. The workouts are great and challenging. I always leave feeling aligned and elongated after a class. There are a lot of props available. There is free parking and street (metered) parking available. If you’re curious about Pilates, take a class here!
January 04 · Genesis PalmaLove this studio! Done a lot of pilates at a lot of different studios and think Love for Pilates is by far the best. All the classes are challenging enough for more advanced people, but structured so a beginner could keep up and learn proper form. ONLY thing I will say is please please get a water refill station.
October 21 · Caitlin LeeLike the place and it's the most accessible pilates studio in the area. What I don't like is that when you start going more than 3 times a week the majority of the classes are repetitive and there are not enough challenging classes (5 to 7 a week that include reformer 2, power hour) Dany is great!
June 05 · Eugenia CalvoLove this Pilates studio. Tia is the best, though all the instructors bring both great energy and a great workout. Major positive changes in my body in the year since I started Pilates here. Highly recommend!
