All the times I have worked out at Living Fitness on Bridgetown Rd. have been AMAZING! Jen & Mo are both very nice & easy to approach. They’re also thorough when explaining exercises to help members avoid injury. They have Fast Fit a circuit class with 10 stations that change each class. You come & go as you please with this class. It’s awesome! The gym is very clean with lockers available for your items and the equipment is like new. The floor is turfed and the gym is divided into different rooms with a spinning and yoga class available & lots of space to work out. They offer towels and really make for a personable experience for members. By far the best experience I’ve had in 25 years. I highly recommend Living fitness for the great atmosphere and you definitely can’t beat the price for a gym like this. Best fitness club out around!

Whether it’s their spinning, group training or TRX classes you will walk out of their gym without a totally body workout. Mo and Jen are so positive and high energy, they make it fun to workout! I would recommended them to anyone in the Cincinnati area - east or west! Go a little past Glenway rd on Bridgetown Ave and you should find them!
