Environment is clean, welcoming and supportive. I enjoy the energy of the group class and appreciate the structure and variety of exercises offered. The trainers are encouraging, answer questions and modify exercises as needed for each individual. The music is energizing too. LIFT has been the springboard to improving my health overall and finally dropping the over 50 stuck weight!
