When I reached a point where I felt like I was going to not be able to complete a set or a workout, he got down and did the workout with me, or made me laugh.One of the best things about training with Rashid with the accountability factor. His core beliefs include consistency and accountability and I started to look forward to his texts when we were working out or when I needed to get one in by myself on an off day.Rashid also took my feedback really well- as a man, he is very respectful when training women, but I asked that he corrected my form a little more and by the next time, he had found a way to do that while still remaining super respectful and never got creepy or weird- he's awesome to work with.Overall, I saw myself get stronger, my body started to change (friends and close acquaintances noticed and asked for his info lol) and most importantly my mindset and approach to fitness and working out shifted as well.
