August 18 · Caitlin LoveLeaping Waters is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, they make you feel comfortable and confident in every class. The aerial yoga experience here is unlike anything else—fun, challenging, and deeply relaxing. The studio itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed to create a sense of peace. I always leave feeling grounded and inspired. Highly recommend to anyone looking to explore aerial yoga in South Portland!
December 26 · David Bass-ClarkI went into the decompression aerial class VERY nervous and unsure what to expect. Heather was the most welcoming and kind person. She helped with every pose and it was a no judgment zone. I left feeling very confident, a couple inches taller and a lot of pain relief in my back
November 11 · Gwen RobergeSo my friend who is super fitness instructor and myself who thinks watching tv is a work out both LOVED this class. Any fitness level can do this and make it a challenge. Our instructor Jerad was awesome. You can and will do more than you are able.
April 05 · Rob BI have loved taking aerial yoga classes at Leaping Waters Yoga! Robin has created a warm and inviting atmosphere and is a great communicator, offering clear cues and helpful tips along the way. She is more than happy to help any student adjust within a pose or get some 1:1 instruction. I am looking forward to class each week!Update:I get a massage every 4 weeks to help with my neck and shoulder issues and since practicing aerial decompression I've felt so much better! Normally by the time I go for a massage, I’m in desperate need of one. I just went 6 weeks without a massage and felt great!
