The gym is really spacious and has lots of machines. The class variety is good and so are most of the instructors. The personal trainers are wonderful! However, various amenities are broken and not looking like they’ll be fixed (sauna, pool). There is a shortage of weights and they’re never cleaned up or put back in the right place. The worst part is the cleaning staff doesn’t do their job at all. There’s always nasty hairballs in the sinks, dust that’s been accumulating for weeks if not months in the room where classes take place. The paper towels in the women’s locker room run out at least once a month.
