I go here to swim a lot and will take various classes from time to time.I used to go there a lot more for spin class with Deborah and SHE IS AWESOME! She is always positive, upbeat, and makes the class very fun and welcoming. My fellow spin class riders and I are all sad that she’s no longer teaching.
July 30 · Harrison MaThe only reason I’m giving this LA fitness a second star is commute convenience. It’s really close to home. Other than that, this gym is always in bad shape. The sauna on more than one occasion, is never hot enough. People literally have to wet a paper towel and attach it to a device to trigger some sensor on the wall that gives heat. Some sort of equipment is always in need of service. The greeting staff are mostly young people who don’t even make eye contact when you come in. You’re lucky if there’s paper towels in the men’s room. And the hallways always have a vinegar stench to them. Tiles from the ceiling have fallen off and even though there’s cones set out to block the area where the fallen tile is, it won’t be picked up until days later. I say go to Burien. I plan on going there now.

He’s very professional, motivating, and really knows how to push you toward your goals while making sure your form and technique are on point. I’ve seen great results since training with him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable coach.
August 20 · Meesam HyderManagement could care less about theft and criminal activity inside the gym and outside the building parking area. My belongings were stolen while taking a shower which had everything in it including personal information, cash, bank cards, car key etc… my car was also stolen right in front of the building surveillance area. I filed a police report yet when the police asked for video footages, they said their cameras didn’t work properly. What a shame. I have been a member for over five years and I can witness their business is only going downhill.
