I absolutely love the Lagree workout style - the time-under-tension approach really challenges those slow-twitch muscle fibers, and it keeps me fully present. Zoning out is not an option and for 45 minutes, it's just you, your body, and the workout.What I really appreciate is that Lagree never gets easier - you just get stronger and can push yourself even further with each class. Consistency is definitely key. Taking 3-5 classes a week (4 is my sweet spot) has really shown results, and the biggest and most positive change I've noticed is my posture.Kelli and the entire instructor team are fantastic, always motivating and supportive. Definitely appreciate the instructors who take the time to provide hands-on feedback/modifications.I can't say enough good things about this studio. Here's to the next 50 classes... and eventually hitting that 100th milestone!

However, Ari was so sweet and welcoming right from the beginning. She knew I was new so she gave me a thorough review of how to use the equipment before class started. Her instructions throughout class were easy to follow, and she offered modifications as well. It was thoughtful how she brought everyone candy on Valentine's Day and conjured up an upbeat love-song playlist. Now that I've taken this class, I don't feel as intimated to take another Lagree or Pilates class because it's not as complicated as it looks. Just show up to class and do your best!
