My experience with KBXC has been absolutely positive. I enrolled on May 29th, the anniversary of my exit from the military. I made an effort to show up every day early in the morning. The training has been great for me since kickboxing is a brand new combat sport for me. The strength and conditioning from all 3 types of classes has improved my cardio vascular system, helped with natural endorphin regulation and release, and has helped me overall achieve a better quality of life.
