The training has been great for me since kickboxing is a brand new combat sport for me. The strength and conditioning from all 3 types of classes has improved my cardio vascular system, helped with natural endorphin regulation and release, and has helped me overall achieve a better quality of life. It's a good community to be a part of. The exercises are fun and never stale.

They offer a variety of classes centered around kickboxing fitness, with two types of bags, and at times that can fit most peoples' schedules. My wife and I take class together almost every morning and it never disappoints. We've also made some amazing fitness friends which makes every class even more fun. Highly recommend trying them out!
