She’s constantly coming up with new workouts to do so that I stay engaged and challenged but is always cognizant of any physical limitations that I may have. She is thoughtful and accommodating of any requests I make to target specific muscle groups. Her positive energy is contagious. It is very apparent she loves what she does and puts a lot of time and effort into making sure that her classes are physically demanding but tons of fun!

I was looking for a way to reintroduce exercise after cancer treatment and she made my experience so positive. She really listens to her clients and is always mindful of whatever medical issues/physical limitations they may have adapting the exercises to make them safe and comfortable yet still challenging and effective. If you want an awesome workout and a fun, positive experience, then Kate Green Pilates is for you! I promise you won’t regret it!
