Instructors are fun and energetic and willing to offer modification and check form. So much fun to dance and sweat it out. More focus on targeting specific areas of the body than a regular zumba class. I am a jazzercise fan!

There was only one other guy in the class and have to say it was quite a workout and does not take long to learn the moves as they build on one another. This will shake up your workout, build endurance and muscle. Olivia taught the class and did an excellent job keeping everyone motivated. Would definitely go again.
