There's also such a great variety of machines that help target specific areas that I haven't seen in other gyms. Great trainers who have real bodybuilding knowledge that know what they're doing!!
July 15 · Jee KimFirst and foremost my friend and I wasn’t even suppose to be here but you can say it was meant to be.My friend and I booked a class at a neighboring CrossFit gym but they were closed and lacked communication skills.Abdul was kind enough to give us some information about that location and kinda alluded to waiting so we did return to the CrossFit spot but nobody showed up.We went to Jag and asked if we could pretty much check it out. Not only did Abdul allow us to look around, he let us do a full leg workout.We got to meet a few of the people who workout there and they all look AMAZING! I’m glad we were able to go inside of this gym. Great people and trainers and awesome personalities all around. Can’t wait to go back.Oh the workout ain’t for kicks and giggles. Be ready! Members beware of this trainer. She leads with positivity and then will make you worse than you started.
