- Gentle Classes: These classes are specifically designed for individuals with injuries, older students, or anyone who desires a slower, more deliberate practice. While still challenging, the pace is safe and methodical, with a wide variety of poses that change weekly. The teacher, Rose, focuses on teaching students how to work with their specific problems and adapt poses accordingly.
- Level 1 Classes: Perfect for beginners or those seeking a less strenuous practice, this level teaches all the foundational actions of Iyengar yoga. The classes may include arm balances and inversions, with the expectation that students are familiar with basic poses and can work safely with their own injuries. The philosophy component of yoga is also integrated more deeply at this level.
- Level 3 Classes: These classes are for advanced students with a regular practice who want to go deeper. The expectations from Level 2 are increased, and students are encouraged to have a home practice. The instruction at this level is designed to challenge and grow the most experienced yogis.

July 17 · Shannon JeskeI have been taking classes with Rose for 10 years. She is the best and most experienced yoga teacher I have ever had and we are very blessed to have her in Littleton and the North Country. She teaches all levels, is very nimble at adjusting poses for injuries and tightness and is well-prepared for each of her classes, She is professional, caring, respectful to students and is a joy to be with. September 12 · Victoria MacmillanRose is a highly trained teacher. After taking her classes I am more flexible, stronger, and have greater endurance. Rose individualizes her instruction to fit one’s individual needs whether it be what level you are, advanced or beginner, or if you are dealing with an injury or a particular limitation. I highly recommend taking her classes, I guarantee you will leave feeling restored both mentally and physically. I have been taking her classes for 14 years.
September 10 · Diane KingI have practiced yoga for decades and am a certified instructor for other types of yoga, but I have never been as connected to my practice as I have been with Rose's Iyengar classes. They have not only advanced my own practice, but her teachings have influenced how I teach my own students. The classes are at a deliberate pace, which builds up to more difficult poses, and is a really healthy way to practice. I always feel supported by Rose despite some age-related physical restrictions. I've taken Rose's classes for many years, including during the pandemic, when she taught exclusively online. It was a true refuge during that time. I love coming to the beautiful studio and taking class in person, but I split my time between the Boston area and Florida, so these days I don't get up to northern NH as often as I used to. However, thanks to Rose continuing to offer online classes (which include a close watch of her virtual students), I have been able to continue my yoga classes no matter where I am, for which I am very grateful!
September 09 · Amy RossI have done yoga with Rose for many years and her father before her. She has a dedication and a strong intuitive sensibility that keeps me balanced. She has a talent for mentally mapping each students weak or injured areas and suggesting accommodations that are very helpful.Having the zoom option makes it possible for me to participate from home. My life is enriched by Rose's excellent teaching.
