★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This place is big but not overwhelming or inconvenient to navigate at all. There's a lot to do. I work out with Charlie Aubin, who's fantastic. Shoot basketball by myself. Stretch. Swim. Go to the sauna and hot tub. Everything is high-quality and pretty well-kept. I haven't done many classes but the options seem pretty good.My quibbles are tiny - I wish they had more foam rollers, bigger towels in the locker room, and better basketballs, but I bring my own now. There seems to be a lot of programming besides what I do.
August 12 · Megan FernandezThe facility is beautiful and well equipped-no complaints there. However, the new parking scheme is really painful. Both my wife and I, after carefully reporting our license plates to the front desk, received notice of parking violations in the mail for $102. We supplied our member numbers and IDs as requested and struggled to obtain competent help to remove the parking violations from the 3rd party issuing the violations. How many faithful YMCA members are burning time resolving disappointing parking disputes?
July 21 · Joel WalsmanNever had any issues here. Fitness center has everything I need and more. If there was a way to fit in another plate loaded leg press or hack squat, that would be nice. Locker room and showers are well maintained.Have to account for the sauna being closed from 1-4 when I visit here, but that's not a big deal.Hope there's plans to fix the potholes in the parking lot, especially that big one right at the entrance.
April 22 · M.S.H.I attribute the YMCA to my excellent numbers at the doctors office. I go 3-4 days a week for cardio and strength training. I’m 75 years old,but feel like 45 (maybe 35 on a good day)
August 12 · Vincent HatchFunny how a policy change can affect the experience at this gym so drastically. Essentially they make you take your shoes off in the sauna. Wearing socks or being barefoot. That is beyond unsanitary. They say it's to keep the sauna cleaner, but now puts my feet at risk to all sorts of disease and scum. Or you have to bring extra socks. But wait it gets worse. They let any yahoo they want soaking wet from the pools in their trunks or suits to hop right in. It's a slip and slide. Soaking said socks. At first I just kept my shoes on but then they enforce it and embarrass you. I've told all this to management and they just shrug and do nothing. Completely ruined this gym for me. As expensive as they are you think they'd care about the guest more than they do.
