The best gym in Connecticut! Best energy, best equipment, best staff, best store, best events. No other gym like it.When I enter the building I know I’m getting a solid pump. You don’t have to worry about wandering eyes and you feel like you’re in a safe environment.This gym isn’t one of those gyms where you want to get in and out, you want to stay longer to hit a bigger goal, to get your friends to PR. Whether you’re just starting out or an experienced lifter, this gym is for everyone. The community is welcoming, the staff is supportive, and the motivation is real.The equipment is elite—everything from power racks and specialty bars to strongman tools and machines you won’t find in commercial gyms. Whether you're into bodybuilding, powerlifting, or just looking to train hard, this place has what you need and more. The facility is always clean and well-organized, and there’s plenty of space so you never feel crowded.What truly makes the Iron Factory stand out is the culture. The atmosphere is incredibly motivating, and the community is welcoming, supportive, and filled with people who push each other to improve. The best gym in the area by far!! I was a member here for a few years when they first opened, untill I moved to Florida.I’m here visiting and the staff/owner was accommodating to help me with a temp-membership. The gym has grown and expanded alot since I was last here, so clearly ownership has reinvested and still has the same passion for this gym.It is the ideal gym for anyone looking to body build or power lift, but also a good choice for even the more ‘casual’ gym goer since everyone here is friendly. I’ll miss coming to this place!

They have an excellent facility here. It is multi room and 24 hours a day. Great place to get into a groove. If you want to get away from the selfie fake sweat wanna-be influencers, this is the gym for you. Free weights, turf, and kickboxing. High recommend for the area
