★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Absolutely love this studio! The teachers are amazing—knowledgeable, supportive, and welcoming. The pricing is accessible, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. I’m especially grateful to have a non-heated yoga studio in the neighborhood. I’ve been bringing my friends and they’ve all loved it as well!
March 30 · Jenny LuReally nice community yoga space! I’ve been 3 times and scheduled 3 more to go. It offers different flows. I’ve tried the wake-up, lunch time and community flows already and they were all amazing with experienced and friendly instructors. The price is really reasonable and I’d recommend supporting local businesses like this instead of having companies like class pass take a cut. The community flow is led by their mentees of the program - equally nice and only costs $5 a class (you can pay more as you wish).
March 18 · Sheila XiaReally great! All the teachers at House of Flow are fantastic. It’s not officially heated but they tend to turn the heat on quite a bit during the winter so it’s definitely not cold! I go many times a week and absolutely love it
April 07 · Patrick LaflammeThis is such a great studio and brand. First off the price is right! I love how accessible the classes are for the general populations. They have unique classes with live musicians as well that were a cool and relaxing experience. I see they also offer retreats, which I def want to go to one day. The space is clean and chill and is a good place to decompress from the world. Highly recommend for in studio classes. I became a member of their online classes subscription as well so it helps me stay on track with my practice when I can't make it to the studio. Check them out! Top tier content.
November 13 · Babz JGreat small new studio. Teachers are welcoming and thoughtful. I am so happy this opened up in the neighborhood.
