They helpfully provide a variety of options for poses with some more advanced than others, but NOT at all shaming unlike some other yoga studios. As someone with a mix of health quirks that sometimes impacts my poses, they're not at all shameful and truly understanding. They also respect people's time! Some studios will let people in and out during a session, leave phones on, etc., whereas these sessions are truly focused on the yoga and doesn't have those distractions.

There are times of humor which every one seems to enjoy. We are one big family. After class Q/A with Stephanie is another plus.

I have enjoyed the Peace Flow, Peace Love and a Healthy Back, and Peace Out classes. I really enjoy how the instructors have you do the positions at your own pace and what is comfortable for your body. Every class is a little bit different, which I really like. Everyone from the instructors to the people attending the classes are very helpful and friendly. I have been enjoying going several times a week and being back into practicing yoga! Hippie Yoga is the place to be!
