Although only in 5th grade, she started jumping in with the lax open sessions with Shelby over the summer and continued into the fall and winter months. Through the open sessions, she has met other athletes both her age and older and has been appropriately challenged and supported in learning new skills.She loved the lacrosse training and athlete empowerment concept at HB so much that she asked to start with a Strength and Agility coach which is how we met Sophia. I couldn’t think of a more supportive coach and role model for my daughter. My daughter looks forward to her weekly sessions, has recruited several friends to join her, and although she’s only been training on the strength side for a few months, her speed/balance/overall agility have improved…most of all so has her confidence.
