Accessibility as well as interconnectedness allows Yoga to be practiced anywhere, with various health conditions, and with a lot of levels of experience that is the best way to help people easily connect mind, body, and spirit, creating for overall well-being even if the body doesn’t move, if properly supported interconnectedness, the breath can flow, and the mind can calm. I’ve been practicing for 9 months and have seen huge improvements of core strength and flexibility. The coaches - Yen and Hang are very knowledgeable and caring, I love the cozy atmosphere here as they don’t accept too many students for each session so the coach can watch you practicing and correct your poses. Ms. Yen and Ms. Hang are very dedicated, always observing and supporting students in every small movement. What I like most is that the class is not too crowded, creating a sense of privacy but still being friendly. Everyone in the class is cute, cheerful, there is no pressure or competition - simply getting better together every day. Each practice session here is like a "dose of vitamin" for the body and spirit.

Ms. Yen and Ms. Hang are extremely dedicated, always guiding gently, adjusting every detail to help me understand my body better. The class is small and compact, everyone in the class is friendly and very approachable. The atmosphere in the class is always light and cheerful - going to class is like going out with friends.
