He is educated, professional, patient when I'm struggling, and so helpful. He has a perfect balance between pushing me to be better while giving me the confidence to try harder things even if I fail. This makes me want to try even harder in the new workouts he presents each session as my strength grows. Within these few month, I can already feel a difference in myself and I'm so thankful for his help and guidance. I went from not being able to do pushups to doing multiple sets! All this while making it fun because he has a sence of humor that he brings to the table, which passes the time & workouts so quickly.
