I stay because of the community that owners Brooklyn and Diana create. Every day presents a new challenging and dynamic workout and the best part, they can all be scaled down or up depending on your fitness level or mood for the day! If you are interested in enhancing your fitness or need a place to start, Grand Trunk is the place to go. All the coaches and members are great people that are encouraging and helpful to meet everyone at their level and improve your fitness.

We've experienced most, if not all, of the coaches there and love every single one. They listen to your concerns, guide you on scaling (modifying) moves for your level of fitness and comfort and pay attention to your form in order to provide helpful tips and tweaks in order to reach your fitness goals. And as someone who can NEVER remember the difference between a snatch and a clean, they are patient in demonstrating the move to me for the umpteenth time. The atmosphere is friendly and encouraging. 10/10 recommend!

Infact the day I don’t make it to the workout, I can feel the difference in my day too. Whether you’re looking to just try out, or are an advanced athlete, it’s the perfect combination of cardio/strength training and overall fitness. For me, I wanted a personal coach, a ready to do set of exercises where I’m not struggling with what to do. CrossFit is all of that and more. I would never ever have challenged myself to do the kind of workouts the coaches and community here have challenged me to do. This comes from someone who tried many things before coming here . Definitely worth giving it a shot. You’ll see the change for yourself!

Everyone there was beyond helpful, friendly and supportive! I’d recommend Grand Trunk to anyone, at any fitness level!
