★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Good Moodra is my fave yoga studio ever! Love the focus on spine health and the really supportive staff. Roni, the owner, is amazing and encouraging. Mae Lyn is the spunkiest & Erika is focused and fun. All instructors are so friendly and welcoming! I bring all my friends here. If you’ve ever wanted to try out trapeze yoga, this is the place! My favorite pose is Traction Jackson, there’s nothing better than hanging upside down at the end of the work week to reset!

May 16 · Tina YangI have been coming to Good Moodra Yoga for over a year. I love coming here for the physical and mental benefits. The staff is very welcoming, supportive, and friendly, spreading good vibes throughout every class I take. They keep the studio very clean, which is an extra bonus to my enjoyment. Keep coming back!
July 21 · Taavi KasklaThis place is amazing. I had a private party 80s dress up trapeze yoga Girls’s birthday gathering. The class was amazing. Everyone had such a good time something that was an out of the box Experience that everyone was willing to try and Enjoy something new. The staff were amazing and helpful. The owners and Instructor Roni, was so patient and thorough; having 15 talkative big personalities and still being able to control the class Without being frustrated. She was perfect, I must say you did a good job and we were still able to go through so much while having fun. Everyone was great and I’d definitely be there weekly if I didn’t live so far. But I can promise you I will be back. Thank you, for providing a space like Good Moodra a unique yoga experience. Kudos I pray you get a location in the IE preferably Corona. lolThank you for giving me a birthday experience to remember.
March 26 · Leah MalveauxThis studio is amazing. Roni, the owner, has cultivated a supportive, encouraging, and beautifully connected community. I’ve never been to a studio that felt this way and I love it. I drive an hour one-way to get there and it’s worth it. Before I found Good Moodra I was looking to shift my workouts with 3 goals in mind: flexibility and stability with yoga, develop grip strength, and strengthen my upper body to help with my posture — little did I know these could all be done together with trapeze yoga! And it’s so much fun while I do it 😁 We go upside down and suspend in the air, I feel like a kid on a playground. Definitely recommend to try it out.
