★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I did the 3 classes for $75 intro and it was amazing. It’s a small class and I love how attentive the instructors are. They are so welcoming which takes off a lot of the pressure for newcomers. They're great with correcting form and providing modifications. The Good Flow classes are a great workout but if you want more weights involved, go for the Good Athlete. Highly recommend if you are new to pilates!
