Excellent trainers and management while all of the members are made up of a diverse community who really support each other.I’ve also done small group over the years and then some 1 on 1 training after shattering my arm up at Mt. They all care and show their personality while keeping us on track with the Matrix system. It is a solid place to work hard, have fun and build health. The fitness system here helps prevent injuries while building strength, balance and stamina. At 57 I am in better shape than I have been in since high school, (and I plan on going past that)!

I felt comfortable as a newbie to this type of workout (more functional fitness vs. isolation exercises or strictly cardio) when I joined the gym several months ago. The FitPro's are awesome and always have your safety in mind. For folx looking for something different than the traditional weight lifting or group fitness class, Fulcrum is the place for you!
