★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Every year my husband and I host what we call "Nana Camp". Our 6 grandchildren come to stay at our house for a week and we plan all kinds of fun things to do. This year we decided to dedicate our week to doing and talking about all things regarding kindness. One of our favorite outings was attending Frog Yoga. We attended two consecutive days in the morning. Sam Lindsey was our instructor. She was amazing, so kind and she continued our theme of kindness in our sessions. We did 30 minutes of yoga, then Sam would read us a story about kindness. After that we would do a craft around kindness. We all loved it! As we were leaving our last session, my granddaughter, Finley asked if we could come back next year. I would highly recommend Frog Yoga. We will for sure be going again next year during Nana Camp. Thank you Sam for making our experience so special. I really appreciate you and everything you did for us. See you next year!Thank you,Marcia Mullens
August 05 · Joe MullensWhat a great idea to hold a kids' yoga camp toward the end of summer! My kiddo had a great time here -- yoga interspersed with songs, dances, crafts, snack time -- all the usual camp stuff, but in a clean, air conditioned studio, with calm music, yoga, and a focus on the emotional self-regulation kids will need once they're in school. My kiddo is asking when she can go again!
August 24 · Rebecca MehrI am really loving the Kundalini yoga. This is new for me and it has been wonderful - a deeply energizing workout but also a very grounding and meditative experience. I leave tingling and buoyant, but also more rooted. You can tell Susan has a lot of experience with this and she shares the physiological and energetic meaning behind the different kriyas and chants. I've been going a few weeks now and will make this my Monday habit.I have also attended a few Yin classes on Wednesday evenings which have also been great. A wonderful way to connect and collect at the end of a busy day.I love the idea of classes for kids too. I am an older guy, and have no young kids, but I just like the idea of making that available for young ones in these crazy times.
