Chief among them being the trainer Daniel. I’ve had the privilege and honor of working out with and talking to this trainer, and I must say his knowledge of his craft is incredible. Not only did he help me lose 40 pounds, but he also talked to me and was a therapist/trainer. If you’re looking for top tier training, that’s your guy.

I train with Daniel, and love never having to wait for a piece of equipment or fight for a bit of floor space to lay out a mat. Everyone working here is warm and welcoming, making it a pleasure to come work out.I recommend Dan if you're looking for a knowledgeable and friendly trainer who's great at goal-setting and customizing a plan for your needs. As an older, not-in-shape woman, I appreciate his focus on functional movement and building strength. After working with him for years, I'm stronger, more mobile and more confident!

He customizes the experience with everyone he works with, drawing on his experience not just to program for all needs and levels, but to make adjustments on the day based on how you’re doing/performing.
