We’ve been working with Jacob, one of the personal trainers, and he’s been excellent. He’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and really knows how to tailor workouts to help us reach our individual goals.The facility is clean and well-maintained. There’s a good variety of equipment, and the atmosphere is always welcoming.We’ve both seen real progress since starting here, and a lot of that is thanks to Jacob’s support and guidance. Highly recommend this gym—especially if you’re looking for a great personal trainer.Gabby has also been a great friend to us when we are there.

This one stands out for so many reasons, but first I have to mention Coach Greg Telies, one of the best cycling coaches in the Inland Empire.Coach Greg has a unique ability to push everyone past their limits while still making class motivating and enjoyable. Believe it or not, with just 1–2 of his cycling classes per week, I was fully prepared for my 400+ mile cycling event—and to be honest, sometimes his class feels harder than the ride itself! There are moments when I find myself more challenged in his 45-minute sessions than during those long miles on the road. Thanks to his coaching, I was able to finish that event strong, and just this week, after his Monday class, I’m confident going into a 200-mile ride with 15,000 feet of climbing. That speaks volumes about his training style and how effective his classes are.Beyond the coaching, Fitness 19 Claremont shines in every way. The patrons here are incredibly welcoming and friendly—everyone seems to come with the same goal of staying fit, creating a positive and motivating environment. Compared to other Fitness 19 gyms I’ve visited, this one simply has the best atmosphere.On top of that, the facilities and equipment here are newer, cleaner, and better maintained than many competitors. If I had to compare Fitness 19 to 24 Hour Fitness, I’d say Fitness 19 wins without question.
