All the other members are kind and this is such a welcoming space! Danny is also great at working with postpartum and prepartum women as well which is rare in a weights space like this. 10/10 I recommend and will be back!

Danny was such an amazing instructor he made sure to come around and see if I’m doing the workouts correctly, made sure to show and demonstrate the workouts, kept me motivated throughout the whole hour session.Will definitely be going back.

Let me tell you, he worked his magic and stretched out every single muscle, especially my tight back, hamstrings, and hips. He really took the time to make sure I was properly stretched out. By the end of the session, I felt a sense of relief and flexibility that I hadn't experienced in years. Danny's expertise was evident as he guided me through each stretch, explaining the benefits along the way. I left the gym feeling rejuvenated and eager to incorporate more stretching into my routine. July 10 · Muñeca DollI did my first class with Danny today and it was terrific! I haven’t really worked out other than walking/jogging (mostly walking) or yoga in a long time. Danny asked a lot of questions and really eased me in. I used muscles I haven’t used in years and will definitely be feeling it tomorrow. This is a great gym and Danny knows his stuff. I 10/10 recommend!
