November 30 · Guibson PrietoI started taking classes about 10 months ago - they helped me learn pretty quickly with fun and interesting workouts. The coaches are motivating and never take it personally when I give them the side eye! They take a lot of pride in their studio and make it warm and welcoming for everyone. People come to kickboxing for a lot of different reasons. It's important to me that weight loss is never centered and I can participate just as I am.
January 30 · Melissa CI loved this class! It was my first time trying kickboxing, so I didn’t really know what to expect. I definitely got the hang of it the more the class went on and Brandon makes you feel great and confident while doing it. The music was an added bonus. I’ll definitely be back!
February 16 · Erin WatsonThis place is excellent! Brandon and Evelyn (not sure of spelling) make you feel welcome in their clean and modern environment from the moment you walk in. They are attentive and work with you to focus on technique in a nonjudgmental way, so it’s perfect for beginners. The workout we did was varied and alternated between speed, force and accuracy, keeping it interesting, and the accompanying music was high energy to get you pumped up. I’m very impressed.
December 16 · Chris GoldrickHighly recommend KickHouse in Frederick. The trainers are very helpful, encouraging, motivating and extremely friendly and welcoming as well. I’ve always struggled with creating my own motivation, so attending these classes has definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone. Overall, I find it a fun way to get into shape.
