★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Many parents will empathize with my situation while playing at the park with my 3 year old today. She needed to use the bathroom, all park bathrooms are still closed, I walked across to the Lions Den knowing they have restrooms right inside the door. I was greeted at the door by an extremely rude woman “bathrooms are for paying guest only” she snapped! I as well as numerous family members have been paying customers of the Lions Den over the years, my family’s business has provided monetary support as well but the rude woman behind the desk was not interested in any of this her only concern was my little girl using the toilet and a paper towel! I will be sure to share this unfortunate incident with as many people as possible our community is a place where most of us strive to treat one another with kindness and respect neither of which have been demonstrated by this organization!
March 11 · Horse GirlKaren is such a rude person! People expect to be greeted when they enter the door not be recieved with a smug face! When the kids are making goals she refuses to put the actual score up! today the hispanic kids made 21 and she wrote it down as 11. The referee told her to write down the correct score and she refused! I understand if you can't go high on the scoreboard inside because it distracts the children, but at least online put the actual score! Because you gladly put 13 for another team, but refused to put the actual 21 for the Hispanic team. The kids are all there to play and have fun. Why can't you do things CORRECTLY? They are children!! Be FAIR KAREN!! DONT DISCRIMINATE!!
December 08 · Yohana OsorioGreat facility for indoor sports play. Nice friendly staff. They added indoor turf a little while back, which was a big improvement over the old flooring. Not much in the way of vending, so if you want a snack, best bring something with.Arena is kept at 60 degrees, which can make the metal bleachers a bit cool on the tush so bring a pad of some sort if you are coming here to attend a game.
March 06 · Scott KSo my wife and son went in yesterday to walk the track with a friend. They charged my wife the normal day use fee for herself, and also charged the same fee for my son... He's six months old. We took him to an NHL game two weeks ago... for free. He can get on a plane.. for free. I can take him most anywhere and not get charged for his presence, except for the local community rec center. I will be speaking to board members as I see them about this policy.
December 06 · Herm KerchnerGreat facility for indoor youth soccer & field hockey events. Very clean and lots of room.
