You are always greeted by one of the energetic and kind trainers. They will go over the exercises and then set you at a station. The exercises are on the display the entire time but if you ever have any difficulty, the trainers are always available to assist one on one. The class is only 45-60 minutes but goes by so quickly. I have be going for about three months now and wish I started sooner!
