This is my favorite gym I have ever been to because of the community of supportive coaches and other members! Stephanie was the first coach I got to meet and inevitably the one who got me to sign up so go her!If you like to have your workouts planned out for you, have helpful guidance with form, and get cheered on by fellow members and coaches then this place is definitely for you.Coach Kirsten and Steph will always be the smiling faces that tell you that you’re doing a fantastic job (unless you’re about to hurt yourself). And coach Miracle is the one who will push you to your limits. Don’t expect to get off easy if she’s there.
