This location is one of the cleanest f45s I’ve been to and the coaches here (s/o Tammy, Cyntel, Colleen and Juan) are so so kind and really encourage you during a workout. Also such a great community to be a part of if you’re looking to meet new people in the Okc metro. Overall great gym and 10/10 would recommend!
