Instructors go above and beyond to check in and are incredibly approachable. I’ve only been 4 times and already have met several coaches, even ones I’ve never taken classes with, because if they see a new face, they’ll go over and introduce themselves.And the regulars are also super friendly. Everyone is happy to be there and happy to help you get the hang of it. The workouts themselves are challenging but extremely rewarding.

I go every day, it's just 45 minutes of intense work, and you'll see results pretty much within the first month. The workouts are quick paced , fun, always different and everyone is super friendly, coaches and members included. It's expensive, but worth it. DO IT.
