His helpful reminders of breathing in through the nose and out the mouth really helps those who forget to regulate their breathing since one may be fully focused on the workout lol. I also truly appreciate David's very calm character and I applaud him for being so patient with my Mother! Thank you for having the best customer service! David's encouragement to go heavier is also motivating because he makes sure we're still practicing good form which ensures safety and prevents injuries. I'm really happy to be part of the F45 Family! Since joining, I've made several connections that have turned into friendships. I'm thankful for F45 Bethesda South!

I was skeptical about how long their willingness to help and to work with your limitations would stick. I have my own baggage, obviously. 🙄 😂 Today was my 4th class. Mo was once again awesome. He worked with me and showed me modifications to the exercises that I couldn't do. If he notices you are not doing the exercise correctly, he will show you and make sure you got the hang of it before he moves on to the next person or group. He is an amazing human. He worked with me after class to show me some stretches that would help my back, 💜 and he knows when you need motivation and cheers you on from the side. If you have physical limitations and are worried that you can't do it, you can! You can work as hard or as light as you need, and no one will judge you. All the staff I have met have been awesome. Thank you for making me feel welcome and encouraging me to continue. Let the weight loss journey begin.
