I really like this gym and team/community factor in working out here. I struggle to workout by myself...lack of motivation and become bored with doing the same thing. That's not an issue for me here. At every class the workouts are different and I come out with a new sore muscle that I hadn't activated in a while. The team environment is awesome! And the coaches (my regulars are Chris and Noah) are cool, always coaching you throughout with correct posture for safety, to maximize impact on your body, and to learn. I recommend this spot.
