He matched me with Jared, who is fantastic! Jared has tons of experience, varies the workout to keep things interesting, and gives me excercises to practice outside of energy’s gym. He’s helped me strengthen my injured shoulder and taught me proper technique to reduce the risk of injury going forward. Would highly recommend!!
