★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Pretty ghetto gym, which is surprising given the neighborhood it's in. I only have a membership here because they have an indoor pool AND sauna. I never use any of the machines/weights. It's overcrowded & in need of a rehaul, especially the sauna-- the door handle inside of the sauna broke off while I was in there and I had to flag a swimmer to let me out (it's been like this for a week, nobody seems to care); there's a huge piece of tile broken/missing in the sauna too. No thanks, that was the last straw 😆. I'm switching gyms for sure. Unless your a teen looking for a place to pick up other teens/film yourself working out, stay away.
May 02 · Silvia SanchezBe very careful with anything you sign up for here, especially in the personal training arena, I had signed up and didn’t use a bunch of my trainings, when I went back, there was over 20 training sessions that had been marked used by one specific Trainer, I spoke to Management. He said he’d look into it as he was to regional director of training, never heard anything back from anybody. I was over $1000 worth of training classes my fault for not keeping a better look at it, but I will never trust anything anybody says on that building again
July 27 · Andrew MonaghanThis machine is been down since November and they're saying it MIGHT be back up by March? I was told/sold that their yearly surplus membership charge was for equipment maintenance (It's actually a MoneyGrab and a way of keeping what is supposedly your monthly fees down while still grabbing more cash)...so MAINTAIN the equipment! At this point, they should have bought a new machine and installed it! It's a CABLE machine...there's no motherboard - FIX the damn thing! Maybe you should slow down the opening of the new gyms and focus on taking care of the ones you've got! 3/21/25 they finally responded to this review with a stock response. What exactly is there to talk about? It took you 6 months to address a cable machine. I believe there's a new machine there now, why they didn't do that 5 months earlier boggles the mind. It's not like they can't look up my last name and reach out to me directly if they truly want to speak with me. Anyway, the machine is finally up and running, kudos to EOS.
April 01 · Scott TeuberJazmine was one of the best sales people I have ever worked with. Coming from someone who has done high-ticket sales for 10-years. She was very informative and low-pressure. She stayed late and made sure I fully understood what I was paying for. Thank you for such a fantastic experience.
July 05 · Carter DrakeI had a great experience at EOS! The front desk staff, especially Joceline, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She greeted me with a smile, answered all my questions, and made the check-in process super easy. Great customer service like that really sets the tone for a good workout. Thanks, Joceline!
